Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Face & Body Paint Co. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
All products are inspected before dispatch to ensure they leave us in good condition.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We may request photographs of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
Change of Mind Returns
Under UK consumer regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- You must contact us before returning any item.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
Hygiene Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used:
- Face paints
- Body paints
- Cosmetic products
- Glitter products
- Sponges
- Brushes
- Applicators
- Other hygiene-sensitive products
This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty or not as described.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used when placing the order.
Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an unused item, please contact us before returning the product.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Return Condition
Returned items must be received in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to reduce or refuse a refund where:
- Products have been used.
- Packaging has been damaged unnecessarily.
- Items are not returned with all original components.
- The item has been altered after delivery.
