Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days of receiving payment. During busy periods, promotions, or seasonal peaks, processing times may be slightly longer.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
UK Delivery
We offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (where selected)
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery option selected.
International Delivery
We may offer shipping to selected international destinations.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import charges, or fees imposed by their local authorities.
Delivery times for international orders will vary depending on the destination and local customs processing.
Tracking Information
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after receiving your dispatch confirmation.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.
Face & Body Paint Co. cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses supplied by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier or postal service.
While we will do our best to assist, delivery delays caused by couriers, postal services, weather conditions, customs processing, industrial action, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Face & Body Paint Co.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of:
- The damaged item(s)
- The packaging
- The shipping label (if applicable)
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Delivery Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on the destination country. If we are unable to fulfil your order due to shipping restrictions, we will contact you and arrange a refund where appropriate.
